Summer Family Camp Updates

Be the first to know when applications open for Summer Family Camp—a week in the High Sierra filled with nonstop educational fun, experiences, and memories for the whole family.

New Applicants

Please note that applicants must apply each year to maintain their consecutive years of application credit and stay active on the waitlist for summer camp. Once you begin the application process, we will email you a repeat application for the following summer each fall.

The 2025 Stanford Sierra Camp Summer Season application period opens is now open.

Complete and submit your application by January 7, 2025.

Repeat Waitlist Applicants

In mid-November, repeat waitlist applicants will receive a “returning applicant” form and a letter from the reservations department with their consecutive years of application and flexibility credits. Applicants should return this form promptly, as a timely response will impact their status in the 2025 waitlist lottery. The deadline for repeat waitlist applicants to complete and submit their “returning applicant” form is Tuesday, January 7, 2025. If you did not receive a form or letter, please email us.

If you are unsure of your current waitlist status, please get in touch with the reservations office for clarification. We want to acknowledge and thank every one that applied flexibly.
